With the traveling journey, the only track that we leave to our passage are the footprints of our horses, or those of our hiking boots.

Support for local economy

Where possible, the fodder for our horses is bought from farmers and mountaineers alike. Even the food, the bag nor inn / restaurant, will be prepared by premises located along the path, that only use local products. They will be involved only the closest accommodation to the spirit of eco-tourism (cottages, shelters, hostels), and in particular those located in the itineraries "proposed and tested." Who wants to add to a busy and exciting walk some super relaxing day, even in an environment very comfortable and equipped with luxury facilities, will surely do that, in addition to the proposed travel package, or only address to relax.

Environment protection

They will promote and develop environmental education programs in cooperation with the Entities (Parks and Protected Areas), organizing excursions aimed to stimulate the awareness of the natural environment and conservation.

Information

The routes always carry an informative message in relation to the places visited, their history, their culture and expression landscaping.

The proposed routes guarantee constant logistical support, guides with solid experience and possess recognized Patents.

The bridleways proposals

The horse trail is a walking horse route, almost never paved, which reaches and goes through natural places such as parks, reserves, forests, hills and valleys beyond, along rivers, and reaches cultural places such as archaeological sites, buildings and historic homes, villages. The horse trail allows the practice dell'equiturismo (horse tourism), but can also be used for the journey on foot (trekking), mountain biking (cycle tourism). Along the way are provided "lap points", ie resting places equipped, possibly far from each other no more than 10-20 km, where the rider and the horse can find assistance, refreshments and chance to stay overnight.

Aims

Association has for aim the development and dissemination of equestrian sports activities related to the equestrian discipline, related to local knowledge and local culture of the places visited, designed as a means of mental and physical training of the members, through the management of all forms of suitable activities to promote the knowledge and practice of these disciplines. The intent of promoting and developing amateur sports activities, particularly in the disciplines related to the promotion of physical activity and personal well-being, with programs geared to the maximum versatility of motor proposals with educational orientation and healthy. For the best achievement of the social aims, the Association may, among other things, carry out, mainly on behalf of its members, the business of management, operation and maintenance of facilities and sports equipment, and carrying out educational activities and teaching for the start, the update and the improvement in the performance of the sport of all motor-related sports.

The association, therefore, aim to practice and promote equestrian sporting activities and, to that end, can participate in competitions, tournaments, championships. The association also correlate sport with the cultural one, aimed at the knowledge of the territory, its history and evolution, flora and fauna, the local folklore. The chosen routes will be suitable both to appreciate nature and the landscape as a whole, and the push up to sites of cultural interest. Will then be organized special days in concurrence with the typical local festivals of the municipalities within the territory concerned, and in conjunction of its legends, folklore dance performances and dance, cooking and anything else that could attract the traveler.

The Association may then:

1. promote and develop amateur sports activities;

2. promoting and developing horse farm activities;

3. promote and develop trekking on foot;

4. promoting and developing travel Wellness in the Madonie, on foot or on horseback, leaning on a suitably chosen reception facilities;

5. manage facilities, own or third parties, gyms, sports fields and facilities of various kinds.

6. organizing starter courses to sports, physical activity and maintenance, training and qualification courses for operators / sports teachers and riding disciplines, as well as for all disciplines and particularly for those above-mentioned;

7. The association aims to implement all the activities and the types of services identified and regulated by L.R. 22 of 09.05.1986 and the Regional Presidential Decree of 04/06/1996 (social work services);

8. promote recreational, educational and mobility to children, the elderly and young people, through appropriate agreements with public and / or private;

9. promote cultural activities aimed at knowledge of the area's history, its customs and traditions
